Build around the actual bottle
Nominal beverage volume does not define the outside shape. Diameter, height, shoulder profile, filled weight and bottle quantity control usable dimensions, separation, base support and handle construction. A physical bottle or controlled drawing is the best sampling reference.
Benshine’s TB002 record provides a fabric wine-bag development reference. Final bottle fit, carrying performance, protection, material, compliance and commercial terms require project-specific review.
Review the complete loaded pack
Load representative bottles and any accessories into the sample. Check insertion, bottle contact, divider position, closure, base stability, handle anchors and carried shape before approving the construction.
Coordinate presentation and distribution
Artwork, labels, gift inserts and individual protection should be reviewed with the bottle in place. Define how the filled or empty bags will be packed and distributed so presentation and transport constraints are considered early.
