Inspection activities are selected around the approved product specification, material, construction and intended use.

**01 · Fabric thickness measurement**Measure the material thickness against the approved specification before production.

**02 · Colour comparison**Compare fabric and trim colours with the approved swatch or reference sample under consistent lighting.

**03 · Fabric weight check**Check material weight per unit area to confirm that the supplied fabric matches the selected construction.

**04 · Loading test**Apply a controlled load to review the carrying capacity of the assembled bag and handles.

**05 · Pull-strength check**Inspect handles, straps and attachment points under tension for secure assembly.

**06 · Buckle and accessory inspection**Operate buckles, clips and hardware to check fit, movement, appearance and secure attachment.

**07 · Stitch-length check**Measure stitch spacing and review seam consistency to support the required construction strength.

**08 · Dimensional measurement**Measure each specified part of the bag and compare the result with approved dimensions and tolerances.

**09 · Defect marking**Identify and mark workmanship or appearance issues so they can be corrected before packing.

**10 · Dry rubbing colour-fastness check**Rub the material with a white cloth to observe possible colour transfer from the surface.

**11 · Zipper function test**Open and close the zipper repeatedly to check smooth movement, alignment and attachment.

**12 · Print adhesion tape test**Use adhesive tape on the printed area to review whether the print remains securely bonded.

PPWR packaging test report

The four-page report dated 12 August 2026 covers carton tape, polybags, cartons and printed stickers submitted for testing.

It records heavy-metal testing for lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium with reference to Regulation (EU) 2025/40. The report lists the tested samples as passing the stated combined limit.
