Design around containers and the delivery route
Start with the containers: their dimensions, orientation, stacked arrangement and total weight. Then document route duration, ambient conditions, opening frequency and handling. These inputs are more useful than a generic litre capacity when defining usable space and the test plan.
Benshine’s JA029 record provides an insulated backpack-style delivery reference. Final temperature performance, food-contact or hygiene suitability, load performance, cleaning and commercial terms require project-specific evidence and review.
Treat temperature control as a measured result
Exterior, insulation, lining, seams, closures and openings form one system. A meaningful claim needs defined starting and ambient conditions, contents or test load, duration, opening procedure and acceptance criteria applied to the finished sample.
Review cleaning, access and carrying together
The delivery workflow affects both thermal and practical performance. Load representative containers, operate the openings, carry the target weight and follow the proposed cleaning method during sample evaluation. Confirm instructions and labels against the approved construction.
