Verify the sheet material before describing the finished bag
Tyvek is commonly used as a category term in legacy product records, but buyers should not treat the name as proof of brand, grade or source. A sourcing brief should identify the exact proposed material and the documentation needed for the intended wording and market.
Benshine’s Tyvek-category references provide construction and styling directions. They do not establish material authenticity, performance, certification or commercial availability for a new project.
Design joins and reinforcement for the product
Sheet appearance is only one part of the bag. Seams or joins, edge finishing, handles, closures, lining and load points determine how the finished product is assembled and reviewed. The intended contents and packed weight should be part of sample evaluation.
Approve printing and packing on the sampled grade
Surface texture, colour and folding can influence print appearance. Share artwork and placement dimensions, then approve branding on the proposed material. Packaging should protect the agreed surface presentation and reflect any folding or creasing requirements.
