Design for the load before choosing the silhouette
A backpack cooler transfers the insulated load to the user’s shoulders. Container geometry, count and weight therefore affect both the internal layout and the harness. Start with representative contents rather than a generic capacity label.
Benshine’s JA013, JA014 and BE021 references provide distinct development directions. Final materials, thermal or leakage performance, compliance, price, quantity and timing require project-specific confirmation.
Specify insulation as a complete system
Exterior fabric, insulation, lining, seams, closures and openings work together. Define test conditions and acceptance criteria before selecting layers or publishing a temperature claim.
Review cleaning, access and carrying together
Wide access may simplify loading, while compartments can separate food, drinks and personal items. Test the filled sample through the intended journey, then review cleaning and drying after representative use.
