A sample is checked for size, appearance, carrying function, pocket access, closure performance and assembly details. Revisions should be recorded rather than communicated only through informal messages.
5. Cutting and preparation
Approved patterns guide cutting. Panels may then receive printing, embroidery, reinforcement, foam lamination or other preparation before sewing. The sequence depends on which operations must be completed while the panel remains flat.
6. Sewing and assembly
Operators build subassemblies and join them into the finished bag. Critical points often include strap attachments, zipper ends, corners, binding and high-bulk seam intersections.
7. Inspection and packing
Checks can occur at incoming material, in-line and final stages. Inspectors compare dimensions, materials, colours, workmanship, function, labeling and packing against the agreed record. Finished pieces are then prepared for the confirmed packaging method.
